ROSeslia Tower Residential Complex in Dubai
The Seslia Tower residential complex under construction in Dubai is a new elite residential project from the developer Tiger Properties. The complex is a high-rise urban-style building with glass facades. On the first floor of the upcoming building, there will be a spacious lobby with an exclusive loft design where concierge services will work.
There will also be a recreation area for guests and residents of the complex.
In addition to the ground floor with a lobby, the building will have a four-storey car park and 36 floors of residential and commercial properties. There will be 12 office units on the first three floors, and on the remaining 32 floors, there will be 360 studios and apartments. One floor will be allocated to technical needs.

The upcoming residential complex is under construction, and the planned date for transfer to operation is the last quarter of 2025. One-bedroom apartments start at AED 850,000 ($231,500), and two-bedroom apartments are available for AED 1 million ($272,500). Apartment costs will increase, and prices may rise by 20% when construction is completed.
